Maria Apoleika expresses herself as an artist using illustration, painting, photography and sometimes animation. She’s originally from Gdańsk but has lived in Lodz for 10 years. For some time now she’s been documenting her nearest neighbourhood – Old Polesie district. Her work’s exhibition, although already available at school’s Conservatory from 4 May, will officially open on 8 May at 6 p.m.
