The Senate of the Lodz Film School at its meeting on May 7, 2020, at the request of the Election Committee, decided to launch the process of selecting the Electoral Body remotely.

Academic teachers, non-teacher employees, students and doctoral students will elect their representatives to the Electoral Body at the beginning of June.
By the end of May, candidates for Electors should be proposed representing the above groups.
By the end of May, the testing of the voting system will also be completed.

In order to vote, each member of the school community with active voting rights will receive a link sent to their email address, which will transfer them to the appropriate voting card at the GŁOSUJ24 platform.
You can only vote once from the received link.

Employees who do not have an e-mail address will have an e-mail account with a temporary password set up by IT specialists. The first time they log in they are expected to change their password. Information on the newly created e-mail address can be obtained by phone at 698 497 771 (Chancellor's secretary's office).

Important notice:
The Electoral Committee asks you to check and update your email addresses so that anyone entitled to vote can be effectively notified.

Voting via the GŁOSUJ24 platform is totally secret (after the voting is completed or during the voting it is not possible to link the results to email addresses).

In the event of difficulties (e.g. problems with access to the Internet), a computer voting station will be made available at the school's headquarters.

The school authorities will ensure that all safeguards related to the epidemiological threat are maintained.

The election date will be published after the Senate meeting scheduled for May 28, 2020.
