In the era of digitalization, the rule of the stronger prevails. That is why our sense of responsibility for culture is crucial. Let’s promote projects legal means. Let’s say NO to piracy!", wrote the competition organizers addressing the film people.

The competition results will be announced during the 40th Gdynia Film Festival, which will take place from 14 to19 September, 2015. Just imagine that you’ve spent months on the set and in studios working on your recent film project which then receives recognition at festivals and finally the time for its cinema premiere comes. But instead of crowds, the cinemas are empty because your film fans have already watched it on the Internet. How would you feel? Now you see what the film-makers mean. Many artists face this drawback of the net.
