Animations on an international tour! This has been made possible thanks to the project Panorama of Polish Animation, featuring films by lecturers and students of the Film, Tv & Theatre School, Łódź.
The project is led by Prof. Aleksandra Chrapowicka, a lecturer in animated film and special effects.
On October 22, our delegation visited the art school Escuela Artediez. There, Spanish students had the opportunity to take part in creative workshops on classic cut-out animation using modeling clay, led by Dominika Kicińska and Zofia Kańska—second-year students from our animation programme.
Screenings of our animated films took place at the Las Californias cultural centre:
THE CROOKED HEADS by Jakub Krzyszpin
HELLO, HEADQUARTERS by Zuzanna Heller
HEADPRICKLES by Katarzyna Miechowicz
THERE ARE PEOPLE IN THE FOREST by Szymon Ruczyński
And in November, the final stop on the tour – Milan!
The visual design was created by Aniela Jadczak, a fourth-year student of animated film and special effects at the Lodz Film School.
Co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund.
Honorary Patronage: Joanna Skrzydlewska – Marshal of the Łódzkie Voivodeship
Media partners: TVP3 Łódź, Radio Łódź, Telewizja TOYA
