The main goal of the meeting was to improve the quality of education by developing skills in building effective relationships within the teaching process, teamwork, and effective communication in the academic environment.

This year’s programme included:

* "From an Educator’s Experience" – an inspiring session with Prof. Joanna Jasińska-Koronkiewicz.

* "Effective Relationships in Teaching" – a workshop led by Ewa Serwotka and PhD Aleksandra Zienowicz.

We would like to thank the facilitators for sharing their knowledge and providing valuable insights, and the participants for their active participation and commitment to professional growth.

The workshops were organized to improve teaching competencies and support an open, inclusive, and collaborative academic environment.

The workshops were funded by the Marshal's Office of the Łódzkie Voivodeship as part of the "Łódzkie for the Young" programme.
