"Panorama of Polish Animation: Films by Lecturers and Students of the Leon Schiller National Film, Television and Theatre School in Łódź – A Continuation" – the project has come to Belgium.
Animated films by our students were presented in Belgium from 28 to 30, September.
The screenings were accompanied by art workshops and meetings between representatives of the Department of Animated Film and Special Effects and the audience. Our university was represented on-site by students Helena Stańczyk, Aleksandra Andrijewska, and Agnieszka Popińska, as well as lecturer Prof. Aleksandra Chrapowicka.
The screenings took place at the art schools—KASK & Conservatorium in Ghent, RITCS (Royal School for Theatre, Cinema & Sound) in Brussels, and KASKA Dko in Antwerp—as well as at the European Parliament.
The event was partnered by the Polish Institute in Brussels.
The next stops are Madrid and Milan.
The project curator is Prof. Aleksandra Chrapowicka, and the visual design is by Aniela Jadczak.
The project has been co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund.
