The 1st Przekładaniec Fantasy Film Festival ran from 18 to 20, September during Copernicon in Toruń.

Our students and a PhD student were awarded prizes at the festival:

* Klaudia Fortuniak, a directing student, won the Grand Prix and the Audience Award for her film DREAM UP THE TITLE.

* Jimena Zarauz-Piłacik, a student of animated film and special effects, received the Jury Award for her film O DETEKTYWIE, PIORUNIE I RZECZACH NIEWYJAŚNIONYCH.

* Jan Bujnowski, a directing graduate and doctoral student, received a distinction for the film BAD IDEAS (produced by Ignis Film).
