The jury of the 6th "Wajda na Nowo" Film Festival, composed of Filip Marczewski (chairman), Allan Starski, Robert Więckiewicz, Agnieszka Marczewska, and Andrzej Pągowski, announced the verdict in the Short Film Competition.

The First Prize went to Klaudia Fortuniak, a directing student, for DREAM UP THE TITLE – "for an intelligent, witty, and subversive cinematic journey," reads the jury's statement.

This is another distinction for Klaudia. The director has already won awards at the Two Shores Festival, the Yerevan International Short Film Festival in Armenia, the Paradiso Film Fest in Italy, the Este Film Festival in Romania, and Mateusz Nowak, who worked as DOP on the film, won the Cinematography Award at the Student Slavic Film Festival. The film has been screened at numerous international festivals.

The "Wajda Na Nowo" Film Festival, held in Suwałki, the director's hometown, is intended to honour this distinguished filmmaker and to bring the achievements of Polish cinema closer to the younger generation. The festival programme includes screenings of Wajda's films, exhibitions, a film competition, meetings with Polish film stars, open-air cinema, and film workshops.
