The 51st Polish Feature Film Festival in Gdynia runs from 21st to 26th September.

"The condition of the world around us, its fears, and possible future scenarios are also commented on by the filmmakers in this year's Short Film Competition. It's a distinctive and diverse polyphony, both thematically and stylistically, whose common feature is undoubtedly a fresh, bold perspective. It's no wonder that short films have enjoyed a loyal audience in Gdynia for years. How much poorer would our view of new Polish cinema be without these films?" says Joanna Łapińska, the festival's artistic director.
