It is with sadness that we learned of the passing of Bogusław Zmudziński – a man of cinema, an eminent film scholar, lecturer, and cultural activist.

Our paths crossed many times, most often during the Etiuda&Anima International Film Festival, of which Zmudziński was the founder and long-time director.

We will remember Bogusław Zmudziński as a man with an extraordinary sensitivity to art and talent, a film scholar possessing a wealth of knowledge that he so willingly shared, and a visionary organizer of cultural life.

We extend our deepest condolences to Bogusław Zmudziński's family, loved ones, and colleagues.
