The "Animator" International Animated Film Festival in Poznań is the largest animated film festival in Poland. Each edition showcases approximately 300 international films. The upcoming, 19th edition runs from 4 to 12, July.

We are pleased to announce that this year, our School will present in Poznań a substantial number of animated films by our students, faculty, and alumni. We're keeping our fingers crossed for everyone!

WALKI W KLATKACH
This popular and appreciated showcase of student animated films from the Lodz Film School will be present in Poznań for the third time! Three is the number that connects body, mind, and spirit; it's the beginning, middle, and end, a harbinger of creativity and happiness... Don't let yourself miss out on experiencing the power of this unique show. The event is curated by our animation lecturers, Dr. Marcin Podolec and Dr. Kacper Zamarło.

STUDENT ACT 2026
During this unique event, students will reveal behind-the-scenes glimpses of their latest creative endeavors. This is an excellent opportunity to explore the incredibly diverse—in terms of form, style, and content—animated projects by future masters of this medium. The event will be led by our animation lecturer, Dr. Piotr Milczarek. Presentations include: "THIS WILL BE A FILM ABOUT YOU" by our student, Aleksandra Kubisa, under the artistic supervision of Joanna Jasińska-Koronkiewicz.

Sad Polish animations? Not this time! This show will prove that Polish creators can comment on reality with a generous dose of humour and self-irony.
