Mykolaichuk OPEN is an international festival dedicated to the legendary Ukrainian actor Ivan Mykolaichuk. It was established in 2022 despite and in opposition to the Russian invasion.

The 5th edition ran from 13th to 20th, June, 2026.

Varvara's film has already been awarded for Stanisław Skonieczny's cinematography at the 11th CONTACT International Student Film Festival in Turkey and presented at festivals in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, France and Hungary.

At the Mykolaichuk OPEN Festival, the film was presented in the Ukrainian Competition.
