IN THE PALACE International Short Film Festival, organized since 2003, initially functioned as a forum for student films. Today, it is one of the largest festivals in Bulgaria and a significant celebration of short film in Europe. The festival is a qualifying event for the Goya, Student Oscar, and Academy Awards.

This year, the 23rd edition of the festival runs from 25 to 28, June.
