The film "Where I can't be found" ("Gdzie ja") by Arjun Talwar gets the first prize in the Polish Shorts Competition, and a Special Prize goes to a documentary "Enrichment" by Marcin Strauchold.
In the Polish Short Film Competition, the 1st Prize and 10,000 PLN, sponsored by the festival's main partner T-Mobile Poland, was won by a Lodz Film School student, Arjun Talwar for the film, "Gdzie ja". This fictionalized documentary shows a day in the life of an ascetic and teacher from Tamil Nadu province in India. Direction and photography: Arjun Talwar; artistic supervision: Jacek Bławut.
The third prize went to Arjun Talwar and Oliver Krüger for the film "Gniazdo" (2014). The winners were selected by an international jury consisting of: Claudette Godfrey, Olaf Möller, Johan Oettinger.
In the new competition category: "Powiększenie" for film-makers and visual artists from Wrocław and the Dolny Śląsk region, the Special Prize was won by a Lodz Film School student, Marcin Strauchold for the documentary, "Enrichment". The Prize comprises a scholarship sposored by the city of Wrocław - European Culture Capital 2016, as well as the opportunity to make a film project at the Wroclaw Audiovisual Technologies Centre.
