The workshop with Naomi was divided into two parts. The first was attended by all students, who had the opportunity to learn a producer's perspective on series projects and understand the importance of collaboration between three-person creative teams—writer, creative producer, and director—which fosters a project's development and increases its chances of success.

However, the main goal of the workshop was to consult the screenplays the students had previously worked on with their screenwriting tutors. Each group had a two-hour session with Naomi, who had previously reviewed their projects. With her fresh perspective, she identified which intentions, themes, and narrative solutions were effectively conveyed in the screenplays and which still needed strengthening, as well as the greatest potential of the texts developed in the programme.
