At the International Sound & Film Music Festival in Croatia, viewers will see and hear Giovanni Pierangeli's THE DAM, which was nominated for best short film and best music!
The International Sound & Film Music Festival (ISFMF) runs from 21st to 24th, May. It is one of the largest festivals of sound and music on the big screen, aiming to draw special attention and raise awareness of the audio aspect of film.
Among the 29 short films selected for the competition there is the graduation film by Giovanni Pierangeli, THE DAM. The film is also nominated for Best Music Award, for the music composed by Paulina Derska.

Film synopsis: Michał tries to start a new life and forget the one he has had so far, marked by the long-ago disappearance of his son. A sudden message from a mysterious witness disrupts his efforts and forces him to confront memories which turn out to be more difficult than he expected.
