The opening of the exhibition THE LONGEST ROAD by our student Zuzanna Szor will take place in Galeria S35 on 16, May (Saturday) at 7 p.m.
The Longest Road explores themes related to generational memory such as memories and fantasies about the past and loved ones as much as it does to corporeality, separateness, and a sense of strangeness and alienation. It explores the simultaneous need for closeness and fear of it as well as tenderness, care, and the diverse forms they can take. It is a story about being composed of parts, feelings of disintegration, and attempting to piece together a coherent self-image after experiencing trauma and loss.
