As part of the É Tudo Verdade Festival, the most important documentary film festival in South America, director Maja Górczak and editor Julia Oleksy presented the film in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. The screenings were attended by Brazilian audiences, Honorary Consul Andrzej Bukowiński, and Poles living in Brazil.

The film tells the story of Stefania Świeca, one of the first directing students at the Lodz Film School, who was expelled from the school in 1950 for political reasons and emigrated to Brazil.
The most moving part of the trip was meeting in person her daughter Anette Wajnsztejn and granddaughter Mawa Wajnsztejn, who learned about the Łódź chapter of Stefania's story thanks to the film.

The trip was possible thanks to funding from the Adam Mickiewicz Institute (Polish Culture in the World).
