Our graduates and faculty have been nominated for the 2025 award for best editing of a feature or documentary film. Fingers crossed!
The Polish Association of Editors has announced the list of nominees for the PAE Award – "a unique distinction in which the editors themselves choose the Best-Edited Film of the Year." This will be the second edition of the Award.
The vast majority of the nominees are our editing graduates and a lecturer:
* MAGDALENA CHOWAŃSKA – for editing the film LARP. LOVE, TROLLS AND OTHER QUESTS directed by Kordian Kądziela
* AGNIESZKA GLIŃSKA – for editing the film THE ALTAR BOYS directed by Piotr Domalewski
* RAFAŁ LISTOPAD – our graduate and current lecturer - for editing the film TRAINS directed by our lecturer Maciej Drygas
* ANNA ŁUKA – for editing the film NO GHOSTS ON GOOD STREET directed by Emi Buchwald, our directing graduate
Voting for the Polish Association of Editors Award winner will begin on Monday, 16th, February. The Award Jury consists of Jarosław Kamiński, Bartek Pietras, and Agata Cierniak. The winner will be announced on 5th, March.
