The Cinemistica Film Festival is an event held in Granada and dedicated to metaphysical, contemplative, ascetic, and poetic cinema which addresses philosophical, anthropological, religious, psychological, and scientific issues.

The competition programme included Paulina Sikora's student film REBORN.

Synopsis: Following a traumatic experience, a young couple participates in an unusual therapy programme. The couple has different approaches to treatment.
