On 24th, November, at 6 p.m., we invite you to a screening of COLONEL BUNKER directed by Kujtim Çashku at Charlie Cinema, attended by the filmmakers. Free admission.
COLONEL BUNKER (1996) is an Albanian-Polish-French co-production directed by Kujtim Çashku.
The main role was played by Polish actress Anna Nehrebecka, the film was produced by Filip Bajon, the music was composed by Andrzej Krauze, and the cinematographer was Jerzy Rudziński.
The film will be screened with Polish subtitles.

Film synopsis:
Communist Albania. Colonel Muro Neto (Agim Qirjaqi) receives an order from the highest state authorities. It contains guidelines for the construction of bunkers. Enough of them are to be built so that every Albanian can find a safe haven during bombing raids by a potential aggressor. The arduous and backbreaking work of thousands of people begins. No expense is spared. Despite the colonel's great commitment, this task costs him his career and the loss of his beloved wife, Ana (Anna Nehrebecka).
The Albanian Film Night in Łódź will take place on 24, November (Monday) at 6 p.m. at the Charlie Cinema, and the guests will be: director Kujtim Çash, producer Filip Bajon, composer Andrzej Krauze and cinematographer Jerzy Rudziński.
The event is organized by: Consul Dr. Paweł Michalak – Honorary Consulate of Albania in Łódź, Embassy of the Republic of Albania, Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania, Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport, and co-organized by the Lodz Film School and Charlie Cinema.
