Agnieszka Kalińska's film competes in the Docs4Teens section of the Porto/Post/Doc: Film & Media Festival in Portugal.
The Porto/Post/Doc Festival runs from 20 to 29, November.
The Docs4Teens section brings together five festivals: FIPADOC (France), Krakow Film Festival (Poland), Docudays UA (Ukraine), Festival dei Popoli (Italy), and Porto/Post/Doc: Film & Media Festival (Portugal). This year's programme presents five documentaries which encourage young viewers to reflect on war, inequality, the environment, and identity. These are stories of resilience and freedom which demonstrate that growing up today is also a civic and creative act.
ALL THE COLOURS OF YOUTH (documentary)
Credits:
screenplay and direction: Agnieszka Kalińska
cinematography: Michał Szaranowicz
editing: Aleksandra Folczak
production management: Ida Bieniek
artistic supervision: Jacek Bławut, Mirosław Dembiński, Marcin Strauchold
Synopsis: An intimate documentary woven from the conversations of contemporary teenagers. It explores growing up in the age of social media, the fears, pressures, and rebellion against adults. Despite changing times, emotions, loneliness, the need for acceptance, and feeling lost remain universal. The voices of young people, unfiltered and uncensored, reveal the truth about what adolescence truly looks like today.
