The 24th edition runs in Beijing from 7 to 14, November.

Organized since 2001, the ISFVF is an event focused on student filmmaking internationally and has become a permanent fixture in the Beijing Film Academy calendar. The festival is under the patronage of the International Association of Cinema, Audiovisual and Media Schools (CILECT) and UNESCO.

This year's competition includes , a fiction cinematography diploma by Platon Ogarev (studied cinematography) and Marcjanna Lelek (studied directing).

Film synopsis: Magda and Szczepan are going through a difficult phase in their relationship. When Magda says that their relationship lacks magic, Szczepan decides to surprise her by hiring a magician for their anniversary dinner. However, this joke doesn’t go as planned. Credits:
