Since its first edition in 2007, the Festival has pursued its primary goal: to popularize the achievements of young Polish independent filmmakers through the Main Competition for the Offelia statuette – and to promote broadly understood independent culture through numerous meetings with invited artists, exhibitions, workshops, theatre shows, and a number of other artistic events.

The 18th Offeliada Festival runs from 6 to 9, November.
