Organized since 1982, this is the oldest and largest short film festival in the German capital. Its central theme is freedom of artistic expression. The festival has the satus of an Oscar-qualifying event. Together with its sister festival, KUKI, the organizers aim to present films which reflect the current political and social situation worldwide.

The 41st edition of the festiwal runs from 4 to 9, November.
