The PX3 photography competition is an annual awards event aimed at discovering talent which brings the international photography community to Paris. Established in 2007, the competition has since become one of the most prestigious events in Europe.

Izabela Łapińska, our professor at the Faculty of Film Art Organization and photographer, won 3 awards and received 2 honourable mentions in the competition.

Here they are:

* Gold Winner in the Architecture/Interior - Professional Category for a series of photos „White Stairs”

* Silver Winner in the Nature/Macro – Professional Category for a series of photos „Leaves”

* Bronze Winner in the Nature/Flowers – Professional Category for a series of photos „Flowers”

Plus two Honourable Mentions in the Categories:

* Architecture/Interior – Professional – The Hotel Corridor photo

* Special/Night Photography – Professional – Rainy New York photo
