On September 26, at the Young Gala, awards were presented in the Short Film Competition and special (non-statutory) awards for feature-length films.

* SHORT FILM COMPETITION *

We are proud to announce that the Competition Jury composed of: Katarzyna Adamik, Monika Majorek and Mirosław Baka, decided to grant the following prizes:

The Lucjan Bokiniec Award for Best Short Film for
SLAP !! dir. Mikołaj Piszczan (prod. Lodz Film School, diploma film)

* Special Award for the film:
THE DYBBUK, dir. Maciej Tyburski (prod. Lodz Film School)

* Special Mention (ex aequo):
PEOPLE AND THINGS dir. Damian Kosowski (prod. Munk Studio, coproduction, among others, Indeks Film Studio)

* Award for Best Cinematographer sponsored by Heliograf:
The winner of the award is Szczepan Lewandowski, a cinematography student of the Lodz Film School, for the film DYING OF THE YOUNG DEER, dir. Angelika Cygal (prod. Lodz Film School)

* DON QUIXOTE Polish Federation of Discussion Film Clubs Award for the film HOME SWEET HOME, dir. Wojciech Smarzowski (our cinematography graduate),

* CICAE Jury Award for Best Directorial Debut or Second Film for the film Permit, dir. Robert Kwilman – debiut feature film of our directing gradaute,

* Journalists’ Award for the film NO GHOSTS ON GOOD STREET, dir. Emi Buchwald - debiut feature film of our directing gradaute,

* Best Casting Director Award for Katarzyna Gryciuk-Krzywda for the film NO GHOSTS ON GOOD STREET, reż. Emi Buchwald,

* Special ONET Award „ON POINT” for Emi Buchwald for the film NO GHOSTS ON GOOD STREET,

* FILM FOR CLIMATE Award for the most environmentally friendly film production in the FEATURE FILM for the film THREE LOVES, dir. Łukasz Grzegorzek (directing lecturer).
