On behalf of the authorities of the Lodz Film School Directing Department, Leszek Dawid and Jacek Bławut bid farewell to Marcel Łoziński, our graduate and an outstanding documentary filmmaker.
It is with profound sadness that the Staff of the Lodz Film School Directing Department bids farewell to Marcel Łoziński, an outstanding documentary filmmaker, a wonderful man, colleague, and friend. His extraordinary sensitivity to others, artistic courage, and uncompromising creative stance are lessons we humbly learn and will cherish forever. His works are and will continue to be an inspiration for future generations of filmmakers in the challenging art of depicting reality.
We express our sincere condolences to the family and loved ones.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE FUNERAL CEREMONY
The funeral will take place on Friday, 29th August, at 1 p.m., at the Powązki Cemetery in Warsaw.
The day before, on Thursday, 28th August, a mass will be celebrated for the deceased at the Church of Creative Communities in Teatralny Square at 6 p.m.
