The Visual Narrative Laboratory vnLab invites you to a unique event combining theory and practice in the field of modern media technologies. The Summer Laboratory is an intensive week of courses and workshops for creators, students, researchers and anyone fascinated by the future of digital media.

Each day is a combination of theory and practice – from morning introductory sessions to intensive workshops, where you will create your own projects using AI systems. The event programme includes an introduction to artificial intelligence – from AI basics through ethical and legal issues, to advanced prompting techniques and practical creation of audiovisual improvisations with AI. In parallel, there will be workshops on designing digital web publications and creating interactive narratives, which will show new possibilities of storytelling in the digital space. The programme will be enriched by classes on modern film production - from virtual production using AWS and Unreal Engine to practical aspects of distributing experimental films. The event will end with an open screening of works created during the AI workshops, presenting the effects of five days of creative exploration in dialogue with modern technologies.

The vnLab Summer Laboratory is not only about learning the latest technologies, but above all a space for experimenting, exchanging experiences and building a network of contacts with other creators fascinated by the future of media.

Participation in the event is free of charge, but places are limited. Registration is already open! Due to the great popularity of previous editions, it is worth not delaying registration.
