Does the famous Polish phrase “like in a Czech film” apply to films of Polish authors that originated at FAMU? What do they have in common? Radim Procházka, directing mentor at FAMU International, will present a mini showcase of two male and one female students with whom he has previously collaborated, and whose films he considers to be a great promise for the future of Polish (as well as Czech) cinema. The program will be complemented, as a kind of benchmark of proven quality, by a studio exercise from the most famous Polish FAMU graduate, Agnieszka Holland.

The meeting will be accompanied by our directing student, Maja Gorczak and we will also watch her student film from FAMU.
