An outstanding person from the canon of Polish cinema has passed away at the age of 89.
For her role in NIGHTS AND DAYS she was showered with Polish and foreign awards, but not only that. The actress also received state awards: the Golden Cross of Merit and the Golden Medal for Merit to Culture - Gloria Artis.
In 1958, she graduated from the State Higher School of Theatre in Łódź, and went on to perform on the stages of the Klasyczny and Polski Theatres in Warsaw with great success. In the 1980s, she emigrated to the United States with her husband, Jerzy Antczak.
