We are happy to announce that students of the Film School in Łódź have received support from the local authorities of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. Thanks to this, young creators have the opportunity to implement ambitious film projects that promote the region.

In May, the film crew working on the production of the film MLECZAKI directed by Jakub Solarz were on the shoot in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. The city authorities not only supported the students logistically, but also provided the necessary resources to implement the project. We also extend our huge thanks to the Municipal Culture Centre in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, MOSiR and Bałtów Tourist Complex, which actively supported our crew during the filming.

It is extremely important to us that local authorities recognize and appreciate the importance of film art and the role that young artists can play in building the cultural identity of the region. This support opens up new opportunities for students, giving them the chance to develop creatively, gain valuable experience and pursue their passion for film at the highest level.

Synopsis: A young boy faces a moral choice: to fight for himself and his dreams or to stay at home and help care for his palliatively ill mother with whom he has an exceptionally close bond.
