The premiere screening of Kinga Pudełek’s documentary film brought the director a Special Mention.

The Jury of the 21st European Film Festival Integration YOU and ME in Koszalin, composed of: Krzysztof Majchrzak – Chairman, Małgorzata Imielska, Edyta Jungowska and Stanisław Składanowski, granted a Special Mention to the film A CONSCIOUS ACT OF BEING HERE AND NOW ON A MEADOW FILLED WITH BALLOONS by Kinga Pudełek.

The jury statement reads: "for a beautiful story about finding a new path in a life which changes so rapidly."

Film synopsis:
Together with the director, we go on a very personal journey, observing her friend Daria who struggles in the aftermath of a tragic accident, trying to find herself again as a mother. The film tells the story of the difficulties of a relationship with the closest people and an attempt to return to being healthy again.
