On the weekend of 20-21, April, a workshop on psychological tools was organized for third-year directing and editing students of the Lodz Film School.
Workshop programme entitled "Psychological support for the creative process" included, among others, topics such as:
* What is your psychological potential profile in the context of your creative work style?
* Dealing with emotional overload in creative work.
The organizer and curator of the workshop was our lecturer, Dr. Kuba Mikurda, and it was run by Robert Milczarek.
Psychologist, psychosocial skills coach and psychotherapist with 20 years of professional experience www.robertmilczarek.pl, co-author of the psychoeducation through film art project www.seanspsychologiczny.pl, screenwriter, screenplay consultant, graduate of the Laboratory of Psychoeducation Trainers School (2004), Certified ICF Coach (2012) of Couples Therapy School at the Polish Erickson Institute (2016), StoryLab.Pro Screenwriting Academy (2020).
Psychologist cooperating with the Team of Psychologists and Police Negotiators of the Police Headquarters in Łódź (2005 – 2015). Lecturer at the Pedagogical University (2012 – 2015) and at the Faculty of Management of the Lodz University of Technology (2011 – 2021). Currently, a lecturer at the Screenwriting Academy, the Novel Writing Academy and the Annual Course for Head Writers at StoryLab.Pro and at the Faculty of Psychology at SWPS in Warsaw.
