Lund Fantastic Film Festival was held from 27, October to 3, November in Sweden.

It is a young festival focused on promoting fantasy, horror and science fiction films. Andrzej Danis' diploma film, previously distinguished by the Jury in the Authors Spotlight competition of the 14th Camera Action Festival, returns from Sweden with the Best European Short Film Award.

Jury statement: "A rare subject matter told as a genre blend between coming-of-age, body horror and quite literally making friends with your demons. As the horrific events unfold we are still left with hope, externalizing and manifesting pain into the open, all with superb acting and practical effects."
