Prizes were awarded in the EDITION Competition, organized by THE EDITOR monthly, for the Editorial Perfect Book:

1. Award for Bartłomiej Talaga / 19 Rivers for the original graphic design of the book PHOBOS EX MACHINA, authors: Ewa Ciechanowska and Artur Urbański.

2. Award for the Lodz Film School Publishing House for the book PHOBOS EX MACHINA, which interprets a social challenge in an artistic way.

PHOBOS EX MACHINA is a photography book that addresses the problem of image manipulation. Can photography instill fear in viewers? Prejudice? To what extent does the game of apparent documentation serve to form specific social attitudes and direct reluctance? The intriguing photos were arranged by Bartłomiej Talaga in such a way that subsequent photos draw us into a blood-curdling story. But is it real?
