KASPER LOREK - a graduate of the Cinematography and TV Production Department of the Lodz Film School. He is the cinematographer whose work in the field of film art contributes to promotion and strengthening the position of Polish culture in the country and abroad. His diploma film ("The Devil", dir. Jan Bujnowski) was presented at the most important short film festivals around the world, e.g. at: Gdynia Film Festival, Warsaw Film Festival, International Short Film Festival Oberhausen, Motovun Film Festival, Riga International Film Festival, ZINEBI Film Festival, Interfilm, Poitiers Film Festival and many others. This year, the film was screened at the most important short film festival in the world: Clermont - Ferrand Short Film Festival, where it received a special mention. It is the second most important film festival in France after Cannes. Short films on which he worked as a cinematographer were presented at many international festivals in Poland and abroad, such as: Camerimage, International Short Film Festival Oberhausen, Gdynia Film Festival, Warsaw Film Festival, Poitiers Film Festival, Interfilm, Festival Youth and Film in Koszalin, Festival of Film, Painting, Music Summer with the Muses, Etiuda & Anima, Festival Internacional de Cine de Lanzarote, Festival International du Film de Nancy, Makedox, Fide Festival International du Documentaire Emergent, LinzInternational Film Festival and others. Kasper Lorek is the winner of the Best Cinematography award at the 16th International Short Film Festival ŻUBROFFKA in Białystok. He is also nominated for this year's Jan Machulski Award for Best Cinematography.
