Prof. STEFAN CZYŻEWSKI, cinematographer, ex vice-rector and lecturer at the Lodz Film School, the University of Łódź and the Radio/TV Dept of the Silesian University in Katowice, died at 69 on 18 Jan
A graduate of film studies at the University of Łódź and cinematography and television production at the Lodz Film School. Cinematographer and lecturer.
In 2001, he received the academic title of professor of film art.
In 1988-2022, he was a lecturer at the Institute of Contemporary Culture at the University of Lodz.
In 1992-2014, he was a lecturer at the Department of Cinematography and Television Production of the Lodz Film School.
In 2008-2012, vice-Rector of the School.
In 1996-2008, he was a lecturer at the Radio and Television Department of the University of Silesia in Katowice.
Last farewell to Prof. Stefan Czyżewski will start on Tuesday, 24, January at 11:00 at St. James the Apostle church, at 7/11, Łowicka Street in Głowno.
