2 student films: HEADFISH, dir. Jakub Prysak, and TOOTHLESS, dir. Andrea Guizar, are in the programme of the Isiphethu International Student Film Festival, as part of the Durban IFF.
The 43rd Durban International Film Festival will be held from 21, July to 30, July 2022 in hybrid form (offline and online).
The festival is organized by the Centre for Creative Arts at the University of Kwazulu-Natal in South Africa.
The aim of the Isiphethu ISFF programme is to provide a creative space and cultural exchange for young artists. Through workshops, masterclasses and school programmes, the organizers want to involve the local community in the world of film. This year, a platform for students was also created, thanks to which young artists can present their films on the big screen.
