Last year on 25 – 26 September the 3rd Filmteractive Market, an international event devoted to second screen solutions and innovative audiovisual issues, was organized at the Lodz Film School premises by Media Claster Foundation, Digital One interactive agency, and the Film School itself. The Call for projects for the Filmteractive Market 2014 started on March 15 and will last until 30, May. The organizers are looking for projects which make use of interactive video, crossmedia/transmedia, branded content and digital content. Filmteractive 2013 consisted of three modules: Filmteractive Conference, Filmteractive Market and Filmteractive Festival. Filmteractive Conference is an international conference, whose main theme are second screen solutions. Among the lecturers at the Filmteractive Conference there will be: Patrice Slupowski (Orange, France), Renaud Fuchs (Second Screen Society, UK), Paul Rissen (BBC, UK), Frank van Oirschot (Ex Machina, Holland), Yifat Fouchs (Screenz, Israel), Isa Ostertag (ZDF, Germany) and Simon Staffans (Media City, Finland). Filmteractive Market is an interactive and crossmedia fair for artists, who wish to present their innovative projects to the international representatives of European television stations and audiovisual experts.

Filmteractive Festival is devoted to the authors of the most interesting and innovative film and crossmedia projects as well as interactive digital art. Last September among the guests there were: Arseny Vesnin (Designcollector, Russia), Dawid Marcinkowski & Kasia Kifert / The Kissinger Twins (UK| Poland, Webby Awards 2013 winners for the best interactive video), Christa Sommerer & Laurent Mignonneau (Austria) and Adipat Virdi, multiplatform producer (UK).
