DALEJ JEST PROSTO
Paweł is a lonely man who works on a small river ferry near his village. Most of Paweł's time is spent transporting the villagers to the other side of the river. Although Paweł is known in the area, he spends each day alone. One day, he notices that someone is trying to swim across the river. That person is Mohammad, an illegal immigrant. Paweł decides to help and hides Mohammad. At last, there is someone he can talk to.

Clermont-Ferrand is the most important and largest festival dedicated to short films in the world. DALEJ JEST DZIEŃ by Damian Kocur was the only Polish title in the international competition.

As part of the film fair accompanying the festival, the premiere of the POLISH SHORTS ONLINE 2020/21 programme took place. Due to the pandemic, traditional stands have become virtual meetings, discussions, pitching and presentations attended by delegations from all over the world. The Polish delegation of Polish Shorts and the presence of Polish films at the festival and fair were prepared and coordinated by the Krakow Film Foundation with the financial support of the Polish Film Institute. The delegation included representatives of the Polish Film Institute, the Łódź Film School, the Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School of the Silesian University, Warsaw Film School, Munk Studio - SFP, New Europe Film Sales, KFF Sales & Promotion, Krakow Film Festival, Short Waves Festival, Krakow Animation Centre and Krakow Film Commission.
