Patch of Łódź will once again be handling the Patches of Culture – award for exceptional artists and cultural organizers from Łódź. This year we even have two nominees from the category theatre:

In the theatrical event category: 35th edition of Drama Schools Festival in Łódź.

In the category theatrical performance: “The Salem Witches” directed by Mariusz Grzegorzek, in coproduction with S. Jaracz Theatre and Film School in Łódź.

How to vote: Send e-mail to: konkurs@plasterlodzki.pl titled “Plastry Kultury/Patches of Culture” and write which of the nominees you vote for (for 35th DSF write Patch 8, for “The Salem Witches” write Patch 14) then add your name and surname.

Attention! Every person that votes via email can place only one vote in any given category, however they can place votes in any number of categories.

The deadline for voting is 26th of February till 23:59 The Patches of Culture Gala will start on 27th of February at 19:00 at the House of Literature in Łódź.

Besides the awards in categories: film event of the year, theatrical event of the year, theatrical spectacle of the year (premiere), literary event of the year, exhibition of the year, musical event of the year, music band/performer of the year, mainstream of the year, personality of the year, iconic spot, new location, book of the year, off and initiative, all of those will receive special awards. Golden Patches for culture/event organiser, Black Patch for “persons that devastate the culture of Łódź” and Black-and -White Patch for event on all-Poland scale. Each and every of the laurels, apart from special awards, will be awarded by our readers.
