In the specialization in Digital Media Production are management staff (directors of production, producers) of enterprises related to interactive digital media production, including the Internet, digital television, computer games, multimedia presentations, digital special effects for film and television, video and DVD production, multimedia in cellular telephone networks and the networks of other mobile devices.
Studies are directed for:
- people professionally connected with work in electronic media or a similar field (the press, cinematography, advertising, marketing, public relations) who are wanting to widen their qualifications,
- people wanting to work with organizing and managing projects in the area of new interactive media in the future.
Candidates should meet the following demands:
- higher education (preferred fields: marketing, management, computer science/information technology, economics, law, journalism, film studies),
- general knowledge of the media market, with particular emphasis on film and television,
- fundamental computer science,
- good knowledge of foreign languages.
Conditions for applying to the entrance exam.
To apply for the entrance exam submit documents at the President’s Office:
Deposit the exam fee of 85 PLN into account number 21124015451111000011666233 in the PEKAO S.A. V O/£ód¼ Bank.
A candidate’s admission application should contain their correct living address and correspondence address with the postal code and a telephone number.
All required documents together with proof of payment of the exam fee should be found in their attached application folder. After submitting the documents the examination fee is non-refundable.
The deadline for submitting documents ends 10 September 2010.
The expected date for the entrance exam is the third week of September 2010
Entrance exam
The entrance exam includes:
- interdisciplinary test about literature and art, theater, film and television, basic knowledge of computer science and the internet,
- conversation about a candidate’s knowledge of humanities and issues of mass communication media
Graduates of post-graduate studies receive a diploma of completing their studies.
