The deadline for submitting application documents - 30 June 2010.

The entrance exam (second phase in the form of a qualification interview) - last week of  September 2010. (PWSFTViT in Łodz, Targowa Street 61/63)

Applications and documents

In order to apply for the entrance exam in Scriptwriting you must submit the following documents:

• application- personal information form  (on-line - click here). See the instruction (how to fill out form - click here_on-line.doc)

  original or copy of your high school diploma and a photocopy of your personal id card (university will verify its legitimacy)
• 5 current photos of candidate (passport size photos)
• proof of payment for entrance exam
• portfolio of the candidate’s own work

Deposit the exam fee of 130 PLN into account number: 21124015451111000011666233 in the PEKAO S.A. V O/Łódź Bank.

A candidate’s application should contain their correct residential address and correspondence address with the postal code and a telephone number. All required documents together with proof of payment of the exam fee should be found in their attached application folder.  After submitting the documents the examination fee is non-refundable.

Requirements for taking the entrance exam:

• submitting all required documents, including high school diploma,
• submitting portfolio of candidate’s own work, including: draft of a short story (not longer than 20 typed pages) or a film script include 4 copies  of whichever you submit. 
  It’s possible to attach work that shows your own literary or journalistic achievements – also include 4 copies, 
• depositing the exam fee into the bank account given above

Entrance exam

First phase:

• evaluation of the submitted creative work, including script sample(s) from 10 to 20 typed pages

Second phase:

• qualification interview about topics in film, television and theatre together with elements of film dramaturgy. This part of the exam will take place: last week of September 2010 at PWSFTViT in Łodz, Targowa Street 61/63
