"The most striking thing about this film is the existential dilemma of the main character. The drama in this story holds our attention throughout. The vision here could easily be realised in a full feature. The story telling is good, the main characters well cast and the story is told equally well in the editing as in the script and camera. This film was very well cut."

"Film skupiając się na prezentacji rozterek egzystencjalnych głównego bohatera przykuwa naszą uwagę i trzyma w napięciu do samego końca. Historia opowiedziana jest w świetny sposób zarówno jeśli chodzi o scenariusz, montaż i pracę kamery, a także niezwykle trafny dobór aktorów."

• GRAND PRIX w wysokości 12 000 PLN ufundował Prezes Telewizji Polskiej S.A.

"Frozen stories", directed by Grzegorz Jaroszuk, from The Polish National Film School from Lodz, Poland

"This film is chosen for the Grand Prix because in the view of all of the jury it presents a unique vision superbly executed. It was impossible to find any flaw in this film yet it still felt so much like a student work so it has some paradox. It didn’t feel like a professional film yet is was professionally done. This is student filmmaking at its best. It was beautifully cast, the manager of the supermarket and the two protagonists were outstanding. The sound is very good and in addition it is extremely funny storytelling."

"Jury jednomyślnie przyznało Grand Prix filmowi, który w mistrzowski sposób realizuje spójną wizję reżysera. Choć nie mamy wątpliwości, że oglądamy film studencki, jest on zrealizowany w perfekcyjny sposób. Ma na to wpływ, między innymi, świetnie dobrana obsada, zwłaszcza w przypadku dwojga głównych bohaterów i kierownika sklepu, dobrze zrealizowany dźwięk i pełna humoru historia."
