On arrival, the Professor was welcomed by Rector Grzegorzek and other school representatives. The warm welcome was accompanied by live music which was performed by a small orchestra and originally composed by Henryk Kuźniak for the film „Vabank”. Inside the TV studio, where the celebration was taking place, the opening speech given by Rector Grzegorzek was followed by Rector performing a gesture of kneeling in front of the Professor in appreciation of professor’s educational work in the Lodz Film School over the years.
