The film "Egzamin dojrzałości" by Filip Gieldon recognized the Best Short Documentary Film at "Prowincjonalia" Film Art Festival in Września, Poland.

In his student film, Filip Gieldon follows the steps of three girls who are about to graduate from high school. Aleksandra, Joanna and Paulina have totally different life experiences, social class background and plans for the future. For the director, the title maturity test (“Egzamin Dojrzałości”) was only a pretext to construct three meticulous film portraits. Gieldon's documentary, thank to his ubiquitous camera and the expressive characters, is a smart and colourful story about the passage to adult life. His film was supervised by Jacek Bławut and Andrzej Sapija.

Jańcio Wodnik isn't the only award in Filip Gieldon's film account. Earlier the film also won the distinction for a student documentary at the "Łodzią po Wiśle” Festival in recognition of "the skill in finding fantastic characters and the efficient eye, which captures situations ready for a film".
