FMCEX Festival Mundial de Cine Extremo de Veracruz announced "The Heat" the Best Fiction Short! Bartosz Kruhlik, the screenwriter and director of the film "The Heat" is a Lodz Film School direction student and the winner of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage Prize for outstanding achievements of artistic schools’ students. Daniel Wawrzyniak, a Lodz Film School cinematography student worked as a DOP on the film project.
