Paulina Skibińska, Lodz Film School screenwriting graduate and a PhD student, has been nominated in the Film Category. Paulina is also a director of a documentary film „Object”, a prize winner at the Sundance Film Festival.

Patryk Pietrzak who has been nominated in the Theatre Category is a fifth year acting student. His stage debut is connected with the diploma plays: „The Taming of the Shrew” directed by Małgorzata Warsicka and „Marat/Sade” directed by Rudolf Zioło. At present he is working at the Warsaw Syrena Theatre – in the play „The Magic Mountain” directed by Wojciech Malajkat (the role of Hans Castorp). He is also the leader of the band Ted Nemeth.

The nominees have been selected by specialists from the world of theatre, film and visual arts, last year’s competition winners, and the Radio 3 reporters in charge of the competition sections. The winners of the 6th Radio 3 Competition will be announced during the Gala at the Agnieszka Osiecka Studio on 8th June.
