Artur Gutowski, Robert Mainka and Piotr Zbierski, the winners of the prestigeous "reGeneration3" Competition of Musée de l'Élysée in Lausanne.

Three Lodz Film School photography students Artur Gutowski, Robert Mainka and Piotr Zbierski are the winners of this year’s ‘reGeneration3: New Perspectives on Photography’ Competition organized by the Musee de l”Elysee in Lausanne. This triple win is undoubtedly an unprecedented event. What’s more by winning the competition , this is the second time our students have placed themselves amongst the most talented young photographers in the world. The last time this happened, in 2010, Anna Orlowska won the competition, which started her international career.

Musée de l'Élysée, founded in Lauzanne in 1985, is one of the first European museums devoted entirely to photography. Every four years, it organizes an international competition which aims to find the Photographers of Tomorrow. Pieter Hugo was one of the first "reGeneration" Competition finalists. The photographs of the competition winners are exhibited in galleries around the world in such cities as New York, Arles, Cape Town, Moscow, Beijin, Milan and accompanied by a publication published by "Thames & Hudson".

The winners’ photographs will be exhibited at the Lodz Film School Conservatory:
